Enclave at Water's Edge Apartments is a pet-friendly community and we accept two pets per apartment home.
Cat and Dogs are Allowed
- Maximum number of pets: 2
- Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), Wolf Breeds, American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, and hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds
- Poisonous Animals: Not allowed. Contact management for details.
- Exotic Pets/Animals: Not allowed. Contact management for details.
- Age and Weight Restrictions: Minimum age of six months is required. One pet cannot weigh more than 75 pounds. Two cannot weigh more than 100 pounds combined.
- Fees and Deposits: There is a $300 non-refundable fee for one pet or a $500 non-refundable fee for two pets in addition to a $100 refundable deposit. Monthly pet rent is $15 a month for one pet or $25 for two pets.
